App Samurai’s $250,000 COVID19 Resilience Grant is designed to build resilient startups that support the community during the COVID19 pandemic. The funding is aimed to help build the startups of today and to enable them to weather the storm of economic uncertainty so that they can become tomorrow’s unicorns. Eligible startups are those that promote mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.
The total funding amount available is $250,000. Successful startups will be granted up to $10,000 USD in App Samurai ad credit to go towards their user acquisition campaigns. A dedicated specialist will also guide the campaign and the successful startup in order to elicit the best campaign results. For more information App Samurai’s advertising products, read more here.

The App Samurai COVID19 Resilience Grant is aimed towards mobile and app-based businesses that positively benefit the community during the COVID19 pandemic. Other eligibility criteria are:

Total funding amount available for eligible startups is $250,000 USD.
From the pool of applicants, the most outstanding startups that benefit the community during the COVID19 pandemic and also have the greatest need for the funding will be selected. From this pool of successful startups, the funds will be allocated based on the following criteria:

The selection committee is a committee of internal (App Samurai executive employees) and external independent leaders in the marketing and advertising industry.

The selection committee will evaluate all eligible entries based on the information provided in your application. The criteria the selection committee will be considering is need, benefit to the community and potential. Applicants may be contacted for further information if the selection committee thinks it will assist the evaluation process.
All applicants will be informed of your application eligibility prior to the evaluation period of two weeks. After this, all evaluated applications will be notified via the email provided of the outcome of your application.
Only one application per app is eligible for the grant. However, if you’re a startup with multiple apps, you can have one application per app, as long as it meets the criteria.
