Graphic Designer – Ankara, TR

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experience in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

We are currently a team of 50 in San Francisco, Ankara, Istanbul, London, and Berlin offices, and we are growing extremely fast.

Who you are:

• 5+ years of Professional experience in graphic design 
• BA/BS in fine arts, graphic arts, or equivalent experience. 
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and other tools 
• Strong typography, layout, iconography, and illustration skills – both for digital and print applications; basic copywriting as needed 
• A solid understanding of the design and product development processes 
• The current portfolio that represents a strong sense of typography, a range of design styles, diversity of projects, and a clear personal aesthetic

What you do:

• Shape and design the visual identity of our products across illustration, photography, icon design, presentations, web, video, and print designs 
• Deliver designs for multiple projects at the same time 
• Understand the goals of a given project and maintain creative involvement from beginning to end 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a high-level design 

Skills:

• High energy, team player with a willingness to take initiative and ownership; proactive approach 
• Ability to understand people 
• Experience in startups environment is a strong plus 
• Motivated to work in a startup environment 
• Fluent English
