Customer Success and Account Manager – Ankara/Istanbul, TR

App Samurai is a super easy to use mobile user acquisition platform that has grown exponentially reaching over 10,000 customers signed up in less than 3 years from over 50 countries. We are integrated with over 100 ad-networks around the world and help mobile user acquisition teams promote their apps or games effortlessly, securely and efficiently.

Unlike walled gardens, App Samurai is able to maximize ROAS with its proprietary campaign optimization AI and experienced customer success team.  We have been growing fast globally with offices in the US, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain and Turkey.

We are in search of our next Customer Success and Account Managers in Istanbul and Ankara who work directly with our customers, our product managers, engineers and sales teams to maximize the value App Samurai delivers. 

They serve as trusted advisors who specialize in user acquisition with top level customer focus.  This includes understanding the customers apps and games, mapping out a profitable CPI/LTV target and helping them reach relevant users through our mainstream and niche ad-network pool.

A Customer Success and Account Managers is:

1) A wizard of user acquisition and performance marketing  

2) A mighty enforcer of ROAS based on different campaign payout types (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPE)

3) A trusted mobile growth expert who is able to provide suggestions with tangible results  

Your day to day quest involves uncovering insights from existing user acquisition campaigns and optimizing the value they create, onboarding new customers and help creating the right campaigns based on their needs, managing daily relationships with various ad-network partners, and supervising and improving the AI platform for more effective campaign management across all ad-networks around the world.

This means all team members but especially customer success experts contribute to improving and enhancing the App Samurai platform hand in hand with product management teams.

Your user acquisition know-how and performance marketing experience are vital for our customer’s success in addition to  App Samurai ‘s global impact on mobile media and advertising world.

Everything you do helps people who develop apps and games get a voice and promote their work securely and profitably.

What you will do:

  • Work with sales teams to on-board new customers
  • Supervise and manage mobile user acquisition or branding campaigns on the platform by collaborating closely with customers and ad-network partners around the world
  • Become a trusted advisor to app and game developers to help them grow sustainably and consistently
  • Partner with the product, engineering, data science teams to develop better solutions and lead new integration efforts to reach more partners
  • Assist sales teams deliver live product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Support pre-sales efforts for RFI and RFP submissions
  • Work with the customers’ marketing teams to identify business goals, opportunities, and online marketing objectives and assure the highest level of ROAS
  • Provide subject matter expertise to App Samurai sales teams and customers in terms of best practices and capabilities to ensure balanced revenue strategies.
  • Participate, contribute and help develop internal training courses

Who you are,

  • 3 years of performance marketing or mobile user acquisition experience
  • Experienced with managing mobile marketing campaigns for customers
  • Have an understanding of how mobile apps and games generate revenue
  • Have proven analytical skills with ability to create ad-hoc business reports
  • Have an engineering, mathematics or statistics degree and you are fluent in English, plus another language is a bonus
  • Previous experience at startup companies or app/game developers is a big plus
  • Ready to get started in Istanbul and Ankara
